बालोद जिले में गुरूर क्षेत्र की एसडीम प्राची ठाकुर को लेकर उनके ही वाहन चालक ने कूट रचना रच कर षड्यंत्रपूर्वक एक झूठा आरोप गढ़ दिया था ,उस आरोप की जब सूक्ष्म जांच कराई गई तो चौंकाने वाले तथ्य सामने आए, तथ्य यह थे कि वाहन चालक कमल किशोर गंगराले द्वारा स्वयं डीजल पंजी में हस्ताक्षर कर सरकारी वाहन ख़राब होने की जानकारी एसडीएम को दी गई इस दौरान कार्य बाधित ना हो इस कारण निजी वाहन का प्रयोग किया गया । पूर्व में भी ड्राइवर कमल की कार्यप्रणाली काफी दिनों से असंतोष रहने की वजह से वह सुर्खियों में रहा है और तहसील की गोपनीय जानकारियों को भी सार्वजनिक किया गया था जिसके चलते उस पर कार्यवाही करते हुए उसे ज़िला कार्यालय अटैच करने का आदेश जारी किया गया । इस आदेश के पूर्व उसे अधिकारी से किसी प्रकार की कोई शिकायत नहीं थी पर उसे एसडीएम ड्राइवर के पद से हटाकर कार्यालय भेजने के कारण उसने झूठा आरोप लगाने का षड्यंत्र रचा जिस षड्यंत्र में स्वयं वाहन चालक कमल किशोर गंगराले बुरी तरह फंस गया है जल्दबाजी में लिया गया निर्णय उसके भविष्य और नौकरी पर खतरे की घंटी बजने लगी है,,

ड्राइवर की कार्यप्रणाली काफी असंतोष और असंतुष्ट होने की वजह से वह कभी भी पदमुक्त हो सकता था वाहन चालक कमल किशोर के खिलाफ लगातार गंभीर आरोप पिछले कई वर्षों से लगते आ रहे हैं एक नहीं विभिन्न अधिकारियों ने उनकी कार्य प्रणाली पर सवालिया निशान उठाया है,,??????
विश्वसनीय सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार वाहन चालक कमल किशोर की बीवी दंतेवाड़ा मे शिक्षा विभाग में कर्मचारी है जिससे मिलने के लिए हर हफ़्ते 3-4 दिन छुट्टी पे ही रहता बिना लिखित जानकारी दिये और वापस आकर उपस्थिति पंजी में हस्ताक्षर करता था रहता था
तहसील कर्मचारियों ने जब एस डी एम को इस बात की जानकारी दी तो अधिकारी ने तत्काल उस पर कार्यवाही की बात कही जिससे घबराकर उसने यह आरोप लगाया ,वह अक्सर अधिकारी के गाड़ी में मौजूद रहते धुम्रपान कर गाड़ी चलाता था, इसके चलते उसे तत्काल पद से हटाते हुए ज़िला कार्यालय अटैच किया गया एवं उसके खिलाफ कार्यवाही की तैयारी की जा रही थी।
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार ड्राइवर कमल किशोर ने स्वयं डीजल पंजी मे लिखित हस्ताक्षर कर जानकारी दिया है कि सरकारी वाहन चलने के लायक नही है, ऐसे मे सरकारी वाहन के दुरूपयोग करने के आरोपो की सत्यता संदेह के दायरे मे आ गई है, वही सरकारी वाहन खराब होने के कारण उसे बनने के लिए दिया गया और इसी समय एसडीएम द्वारा निजी वाहन का ही उपयोग किया जा रहा था ऐसे में वे निजी वाहन से कही भी जाये उससे ड्राइवर को मतलब नहीं होना चाहिए था परंतु ऐसे मे ड्राईवर द्वारा लगाया गया आरोप स्वयं ही संदेहो एवं जांच के दायरे मे आ गया है।
मामले मे एसडीएम ने बताया की ड्राइवर द्वारा अनुपस्थित दिवस मे भी उपस्थिति पंजी में हस्ताक्षर किया जाता था। ड्राईवर ने स्वयं लिखित जानकारी दी है कि सरकारी वाहन खराब है।
यह तो वही कहावत चरितार्थ हुई उल्टा चोर कोतवाल को डांटे,, चोरी की चोरी ऊपर से सीना जोरी ,वाहन चालक कमल किशोर शासकीय नियमों का उल्लंघन कर शासकीय जानकारी को सार्वजनिक करना और चरित्र व्यवहार को संयम न बरतते हुए षड्यंत्र रचने का प्रयास कर स्वयं विवादों में घिर गया है
वाहन चालक कमल किशोर के एक बयान से जब सूक्ष्म जांच कराई गई और दर्जनों लोगों की कार्यप्रणाली संदिग्ध नजर आई,
एक सामान्य सा ड्राइवर अपने उच्च अधिकारी की शिकायत किस तरह कर सकता है अवश्य ही पीछे से दागी एवं चिन्हित व्यक्ति का का श्रेय तो प्राप्त नहीं है,,
धूम्रपान का नशा कर गाड़ी चलाने वाले वाहन चालक कमल किशोर गंगराले के द्वारा अधिकारी पर लगाये सारे आरोप झूठे साबित हुए और इस आरोप को लेकर बिना सत्यता जाने बालोद जिले के कुछ हाकरनुमा माइक आईडी पत्रकारों ने इसे सुर्खियों में ला दिया था परंतु जब उक्त विषय की जांच कराई गई तो ऐसा कोई भी आरोप सामने नहीं आया ।
