Uttarkashi Cloudburst, Flash Floods LIVE: उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले में मंगलवार (5 अगस्त, 2025) दोपहर को खीर गंगा नदी में मूसलाधार बारिश के कारण अचानक आई बाढ़ में कम से कम 5 लोगों की मौत हो गई और कई लोगों के बह जाने की आशंका है।
उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भारतीय सेना, भारत-तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस, राज्य आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (एसडीआरएफ), राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (एनडीआरएफ) और स्थानीय निवासियों की मदद से चल रहे उच्च-तीव्रता वाले बचाव अभियान का जायजा लिया, जिसमें अब तक 150 लोगों को बचाया जा चुका है।
